Discrimination
With Discrimination I suppose the idea is along the lines of: “where do we draw the line with free speech?”
The sad thing is I’ve actually heard somebody say this exact thing, verbatim. Except the “your honor” part of course, but still. It was hard to tell if they were being serious at the time, or just being a silly-head. In either case, it’s a ridiculous thing to say.
